Hi there, I’ve just bought a ford fiesta style 1.2, 14 plate, 49k on the clock, from a dealer. Last night I was out in it with a friend and she commented on a ‘droning’ sound coming from it- she said she thought there was a plane overhead! I had actually heard the noise myself a couple of times but it’s not there all the time. Should I be worried?? I’ve not had it a week yet and to be honest I stretched my budget to get it hoping it would last me, don’t want to be forking out for expensive repairs…
We were probably going about 20 mph when she heard it coming from the front.
I’ve only heard it a couple of times but want to make sure it’s nothing serious while it’s still under some sort of warranty

That’s the problem, it’s not constant, just intermittent
