My relative owns a manual EcoSport (essentially a Fiesta on stilts). Maintenance can be quite expensive, and the fuel economy isn’t the greatest, along with the ride quality. In some reviews, the 1.5 NA engine is considered to be more reliable than the 1.0 EcoBoost. However, locally, the EcoBoost engine was only offered in Titanium variants with the PowerShift transmission.
The facelifted EcoSport replaced the PowerShift transmission with a 6-speed torque converter automatic, but we never got that option in the Fiesta since Ford PH discontinued it.
